I’m delighted to introduce CLARK NORTON, an award winning travel writer from the US, specializing in baby boomer travel. Clark has written numerous travel books and articles. Whether you’re planning another trip soon, or simply enjoy armchair travel, I highly recommend his wonderful blog. His articles are informative, easy to read, and often laugh-out-loud humorous. I’m also proud to say that Clark has included a 2- part blog about my book, Yesterday.

Michael Brady is passionate about re-creating some of those beautiful old long-forgotten Liners which once graced the world’s oceans and provides amazingly detailed colour profiles of them, like the one above of our beloved Australis. Whether you’re a former passenger, historian or collector, LINER DESIGNS’ prints and illustrations will bring to life a golden age of opulence in your home or office.

A number of members of the facebook site (including me!) have written books about our long-ago voyages. I have created a page for them on this blog (click on ‘books by Chandris FB members’ on the menu) and I invite you to read the blurbs, then hurry over to Amazon to purchase any that take your fancy. If you enjoy them, please take a moment to write an Amazon review. Reviews help to sell books, and each author put time and effort into writing them, not seeking fame and fortune but simply the satisfaction of knowing someone read and enjoyed their book.

While Chandris FB member Rosemary Thompson doesn’t have a link – yet – here’s a sample of her amazing artwork. Has our beloved Australis ever looked so lovely? I’m sure you’d agree that Rosemary could make a living as an artist.

I’ll continue to add more interesting links as and when I find them … so stay tuned! If you click on the follow button and include your email address (which no-one will see) you’ll receive an email each time there’s an update.
